Simple Balsamic Dijon Mustard Marinade
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp oregano
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 pinch salt
1 pinch black pepper
This is a fairly generic marinade that can be used on pretty much anything. In the past I've used it with chicken and pork, but I dare say it would work well with lamb or even fish too.
- Combine the ingredients either in a zip lock bag or a bow as you prefer.
- Add your choice of meat, poultry or fish.
- Marinate in the fridge for 2 to 6 hours.
