Steakhouse Marinade for Beef
4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
4 tbsp soy sauce
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper

- Combine all the ingredients in a bag or suitable container.
- Marinate in the fridge for around 6 hours or overnight.
- Use lamb or pork as an alternative to beef steak.
