The Best Chicken Marinade... Probably!
Ingredients
120 ml extra virgin olive oil
120 ml balsamic vinegar
4 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tsp dried rosemary
2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
2 tsp garlic powder
150 g brown sugar
6 chicken breasts
Method
- Combine all ingredients, except chicken, in a large Pyrex jug or mixing bowl and whisk together.
- Place chicken in a large, ziplock bag and pour marinade over the top. Close securely.
- Marinate for at least 4 hours and up to 24 hours.
