Orange and Cider Pork
Ingredients
150 ml cider
½ juiced orange
½ tsp English mustard
1 clove crushed garlic
1 pinch salt
1 pinch ground black pepper
Method
- Combine the ingredients either in a bag or other container
- Add the meat, we prefer pork but whatever you like
- Refrigerate for three to four hours
- Add the meat to skewers and grill on the barbecue turning occasionally
