Orange and Ginger Marinade
⅔ cup fresh orange
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
¼ cup olive oil
1½ tbsp grated orange zest
2 tbsp minced ginger
1 tsp dry mustard
ground black pepper
- Combine the orange juice, balsamic vinegar and soy sauce in a mixing bowl.
- Add the olive oil a little at a time, followed by the remaining ingredients.
- Marinate for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Suitable for most meats.
