Michigan Apple Cider Marinade
Ingredients
⅔ cup white wine
⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil
3 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
3 tbsp finely chopped basil
3 tbsp finely chopped basil
1 tsp finely chopped rosemary
1 tsp finely chopped thyme
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp ground black pepper
½ tsp ground salt
Method
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Cover and marinate choice of meat in the mixture overnight in the fridge.
- Cook and serve meat.
