Mustard & Rosemary Pork Chops
Ingredients
2 tbsp mild mustard
3 tbsp olive oil
1 clove thinly sliced garlic
2 sprigs fresh rosemary
1 tbsp sherry
4 pork fillets
Method
- Mix together all the ingredients, except pork, with a little black pepper.
- Tip into a large food bag then add the pork chops.
- Rub together, seal and marinate for 3 hours.
Note
You can use balsamic vinegar instead of sherry.Serves: 4
