Simple Balsamic and Rosemary Marinade
60 ml balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp honey
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp finely chopped rosemary
1 pinch black pepper
- Add all the ingredients to a bag or container then mix thoroughly.
- Dried Rosemary can be substituted for fresh if this is unavailable.
- Add the meat and marinate in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.
