Mustard and Ginger Marinade
⅓ cup sherry wine vinegar
1 tbsp chopped mustard
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
⅓ cup walnut oil
2 tbsp coarse-grained ginger
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp chopped shallots
- Combine the ingredients in a box or a bag.
- Marinate for between 2 and 8 hours depending on the cut of meat.
- Works with a range of meats and fish including salmon and trout.
