Mediterranean Marinade
Ingredients
3 cloves crushed garlic
½ cup tomato paste
½ cup olive oil
2 tsp oregano
¼ cup red wine
2 lb lamb
Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a glass bowl and mix well.
- Add the meat, cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
