Greek Marinated Chicken
1 cup plain yogurt
2 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves minced garlic
½ tbsp dried oregano
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp cracked black pepper
1 zested lemon
½ juiced lemon
¼ bunch roughly chopped parsley
4 lb chicken breasts
- Combine all the ingredients (except chicken) in a bowl and stir until well combined.
- Place the marinade in a zip lock bag with the chicken pieces removing as much air as possible.
- Close the bag tightly and massage to mix the contents and make sure the chicken is well coated.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
