Honey Mustard Marinade
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp dark brown sugar
2 tbsp honey mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 lb lamb
- Combine all the ingredients in a glass bowl and mix well.
- Add the meat, cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
NoteYou can replace the Worcestershire sauce with red wine vinegar. If you don't have any honey mustard, mix 1 tablespoon of honey and 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard together.
