Honey Mint Marinade
Ingredients
½ tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp finely chopped chilli
1 tbsp fresh mint
2 tbsp honey
2 lb lamb
Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a glass bowl and mix well.
- Add the meat, cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
