8 tbsp peanut oil
60 ml water
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 chopped spring onions
1 de-seeded & sliced chilli
- Mix together all ingredients then add your choice of meat.
- Allow to marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
- If desired, boil excess marinade for 2-3 minutes to use for basting during cooking.
NoteA perfectly nutty Thai marinade that works a treat for chicken or beef. You could also try this with pork.
