Mint and Yogurt Lamb
1 cup yogurt
¼ cup lemon juice
4 cloves garlic
2 tsp paprika
¼ tsp mint
¼ cup coriander
- Combine the marinade ingredients in a container or bag.
- Add enough salt and pepper as you prefer.
- Add the meat and mix thoroughly then allow to marinate in the fridge for 2 to 6 hours.
- Although this recipe is intended for lamb it could also work very well with pork, chicken or beef.
