Satay Marinade
Ingredients
½ cup dry red wine
1 tbsp sesame oil
¼ tsp five spice powder
¼ tsp chilli powder
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp grated ginger
1 clove crushed garlic
2 lb lamb
Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a glass bowl and mix well.
- Add the meat, cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
