Greek Style Yogurt Marinade
2 tbsp olive oil
50 g plain yogurt
1 clove garlic
1 tsp dried oregano
¼ tsp dried thyme
- Add the yogurt, olive oil, garlic and dry ingredients to a bag or suitable container.
- Add as much lemon juice as you prefer, for me it's about two table spoons.
- Add salt and pepper to taste then marinade the meat for 2 to 4 hours as required.
