Steak and Scottish Ale
1 cup Scottish ale (beer)
2 tsp brown sugar
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp ground black pepper
1½ lb lean beef steak
- Combine the beef and the beer together and allow to marinate for an hour or two.
- Add the dry ingredients and make sure both sides are covered then allow to marinate for another hour and a half.
- Braise on a skillet with butter or cook on a BBQ.
