Ginger and Garlic Thai Marinade
3 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp rice wine
1 tbsp sesame oil
4 tbsp caster sugar
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp minced ginger
2 tbsp honey
- Whisk together all the ingredients in a small bowl.
- Marinate meat at least 6 hours or overnight before cooking.
NoteYou can use dry sherry in place of rice wine.
