Ingredients

3 tbsp fish sauce

2 tbsp rice wine

1 tbsp sesame oil

4 tbsp caster sugar

1 tbsp minced garlic

2 tbsp minced ginger

2 tbsp honey

Method

Note

You can use dry sherry in place of rice wine.
