Chicken Tikka Marinade
Ingredients
3 cubed chicken breasts
120 g Greek yogurt
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tbsp minced ginger
½ juiced lemon
1 tsp ground coriander
½ tsp turmeric
½ tsp ground cumin
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp mild chilli powder
1 pinch ground cinnamon
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Method
- Place the chicken breast pieces into a bowl or freezer bag with all the ingredients.
- Mix together so that everything is combined.
- Cover and place in the fridge to marinate for 2-3 hours.
- Grill, barbecue or griddle until cooked.
