Chicken Tikka Marinade

Ingredients

3 cubed chicken breasts

120 g Greek yogurt

2 cloves minced garlic

1 tbsp minced ginger

½ juiced lemon

1 tsp ground coriander

½ tsp turmeric

½ tsp ground cumin

1 tsp paprika

½ tsp mild chilli powder

1 pinch ground cinnamon

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

Method

Note: You can use this marinade with Paneer cheese or a firm fish like monkfish.
