Coconut Curry Chicken Marinade
3 tbsp melted coconut oil
1 tbsp curry powder
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp dried parsley
½ tsp dill
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
2 chicken breasts
- Mix all ingredients together (except chicken) in a glass baking dish.
- Add the chicken breasts, season with salt and pepper and coat well.
- Cover and leave in the fridge for 30 minutes to overnight to marinate.
