Fresh Fajita Marinade
Ingredients
3 juiced lime
2 chopped spring onions
3 cloves minced garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp cayenne pepper
¼ tsp ground coriander
¼ tsp ground anise seeds
Method
- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and whisk until well blended.
- Pour mixture over your favourite meat, cover, and marinate for 12 to 24 hours before cooking as desired.
