Bitter Orange Marinade
Ingredients
¼ cup bitter orange juice
½ cup canola oil
1 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp dried oregano
4 cloves minced garlic
¼ cup diced onion
Method
- Pour orange juice into a mixing bowl and whisk in the oil.
- Add the remaining ingredients.
- Allow meat or vegetables to marinate overnight in the fridge.
