Adobo Marinade
Ingredients
1 cup orange juice
4 tbsp lime juice
3 cloves crushed garlic
2 seeded & chopped chipotle peppers
2 tsp oregano
1 tsp crushed cumin seeds
2 lb pork
Method
- In self-sealing plastic bag, combine all the ingredients (apart from the pork).
- Add pork to bag, seal and refrigerate overnight.
