Amber Beer Marinade for Braised Ribs
Ingredients
340 ml amber ale (beer)
½ cup fresh lime juice
1½ tbsp grated lime juice
¼ cup dark brown sugar
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Method
- Combine the ingredients in a bowl or bag.
- Marinate for 8 hours or overnight.
- You can substitute the amber ale for a dark beer or stout if you prefer. The marinade will be enough for 2lbs of ribs.
