Ten Clove Garlic Marinade
150 ml vegetable oil
5 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
4 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp brown sauce
4 tbsp water
½ tsp salt
½ minced onion
10 cloves minced garlic
- In a bowl, whisk together all the ingredients until thoroughly mixed.
- Pierce several holes into meat with a sharp knife and place in a shallow roasting dish.
- Stir marinade once more and slowly pour over meat, smothering the top with the garlic and onions.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight, or up to 36 hours.
- Cook as desired.
NoteIt works well with a 2 kg joint of roast beef or 8 large chicken breasts.
