Slimming Lamb And Yogurt
100 g fat free yogurt
1 tsp powdered English mustard
3 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp tomato puree
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 tsp coarse ground salt
1 pinch black pepper
This is a variation on the original recipe. Importantly this recipe doesn't have any olive oil, which is handy if you're on an oil free diet such as Slimming World.
- Combine the ingredients in a bowl or bag. This works well with lamb, but can probably used for beef or pork too.
- Marinate for 8 hours or overnight.
- You can substitute the the lemon juice for a tablespoon of zest.
