Salmon and Ginger Marinade
¼ cup water
3 tbsp tamari tauce
2 chopped onion
1 clove garlic
2 tsp grated ginger
4 fillets salmon
- Mix the ingredients in a bag or a bowl.
- Add the salmon fillets and allow to marinate in the fridge for at least an hour.
- Bake the salmon for 5-10 minutes at 220 degrees (425f) gas mark 7.
